Our Sports Performance Program trains athletes in all relevant areas needed to make athletes elite– strength, power, agility, speed, aerobic and anaerobic endurance, and flexibility. Here is how our program yields results. After discussing the athlete’s team and individual goals, assess thoroughly the athlete’s current fitness level by conducting a series of diverse tests. We then conduct a gap analysis, which is calculating the differences for each fitness component between the current and ideal fitness levels. The next step involves designing a training program bases on sound movements and proven methodologies that will improve the athlete’s respective fitness to the required level. We design structured workouts that are both specific to the sport and suitable for the level of athlete. At this time, our professional coaches also liaise with therapists regarding injury prevention and player longevity, collaborate with high school and college coaches/trainers regarding program development, and provide sound nutritional instruction to maximize athletic performance. By the end of the training cycle, our fitness trainers and coaches will have utilized specific skills, experience, guidance, and motivation to optimize the physical preparation of the athlete.

MONTHLY INDIVIDUAL SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Individual training is available if you would like your athlete to get one on one training.
Two or three sessions per week are recommended for either 45 or 60 minutes each.
