Aundra Anderson has been teaching group fitness classes since 2009. Her first group fitness license, Zumba, allowed her to find her place and voice as an instructor. Since then, she has pursued certifications in PiYo, Turbo Kick, Pound Fitness, and Insanity class formats. She teaches classes in Chestertown, Worton, Stevensville, and now Middletown! When not teaching a class, Aundra enjoys hiking with her husband, lifting weights and taking Buti Yoga (or any type of hot yoga) classes. Join her on the floor for high energy and awesome moves.
