Sports Performance Coach and Personal Trainer

Brad is a Sports Performance Coach / Personal Trainer and Middletown native who attended Appoquinimink High School where he played soccer, ice hockey, and lacrosse for four seasons.  He continued his education at the University of Delaware where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in exercise science with a concentration in exercise physiology.  His experience includes:  sports performance training for athletes in soccer, lacrosse, baseball, football and wrestling, ranging from middle school aged to college athletes; personal training for individuals of all different ages and physical abilities; as well as post physical therapy training for those looking to return to optimal health after a physical set back and therapy.  Brad is currently attending graduate school at the University of Delaware where he will earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Master’s degree in Anatomy and Clinical Health Sciences.  Brad enjoys training and motivating people of all age and abilities to help them achieve and surpass their personal or athletic goals.
