Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor
Chris has been working in the fitness industry for the many years. His specialties include sports specific training, speed, endurance and agility, TRX, group classes, HIIT training and weight loss. Chris was honored with being a Readers Choice Best Trainer of Delaware Finalist. He does a wide range of training; from age 5 all the way up to 78 years old. He also coaches on the Division II level at Goldey Beacom College; coaching cross country as well as track and field. Chris is also the head coach of The Village Gym Race Team.
