Frank is a certified fitness trainer and nutrition specialist. He has worked in the fitness industry since 1999. His experience includes personal and group training; group class instruction, including strength classes, stability and flexibility classes and Yoga; nutrition consultation; health club management; and health club ownership. His clients include college and high school athletes, models and competitive bodybuilders. But he works mostly with everyday people who want to look and feel better. Frank is also an accomplished writer and motivational speaker.
