Greg retired from full-time employment in 2013 after having multiple careers in the private and public sectors. He has been a certified instructor for over 20 years, starting with indoor cycling and kickboxing, instructing at three health clubs during that time. Greg joined The Village Gym over ten years ago and has since added certification as a personal trainer. He also has been attending aerobic conferences throughout that time period, increasing his knowledge and skill level. Greg enjoys helping others getting into and staying in good physical condition.
